By signing up for Bigelow Oil's budget plan, you can take the sting out of big winter heating bills. This is how it works: We estimate a year's worth of fuel consumption and break it into 10 equal payments that start in July and end in April of the following year. You simply pay the same amount every month. Once April ends you have May and June to pay any overage (penalty free), or if you have a credit balance you can roll it into next season's plan to reduce your payments further or be re-imbursed for this credit balance.* It's that easy.
